Consultation – a face to face meeting. A time to listen to possible songs you may consider for your wedding.

Outside Nashville area:                        Additional $100

Hotel & meals costs required when wedding is contracted.

For ALL contracted events, a minimum $100 deposit is required at the consultation or if no consultation, 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.

These fees include instrumental (piano/organ/strings) depending on your preferences and additionally, if you need vocals I do that as well and all can be a part of your contract.  I have my own keyboard that can provide organ/piano and is great to use for indoor or outdoor weddings. This availability for vocal and instrumental makes for a very good option for those wishing to have all their music provided by one person.

Remaining payment is required upon my arrival & is to be in an envelope before the start of wedding music. If a rehearsal is included, payment is expected at that time. Most people are very busy at these times, so these plans are to avoid any last minute concerns or misunderstandings.  My reputation is on the line so doing my very best and providing the  wedding music that you have requested is not an issue and you can depend on my professionalism.
